Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 — Last Updated: January 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Ceexo, Inc. ("Ceexo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Teampace platform, available at teampace.io (the "Service"). Teampace is a cloud-based SaaS platform offering customer relationship management, project management, and custom software tools for small and mid-sized businesses.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Scope and Our Role
Teampace is a business-to-business platform. Our role with respect to personal information depends on the context:
- As a Service Provider / Data Processor. When our business customers ("Customers") upload, input, or otherwise submit data into Teampace — including data about their own end-users, employees, contacts, leads, or clients ("Customer Data") — we process that data on the Customer's behalf and under the Customer's instructions. The Customer is the controller of that data. If you are an end-user whose data appears in a Customer's Teampace account, you should contact that Customer directly to exercise rights regarding your information.
- As a Controller. When you visit teampace.io, register a Teampace account, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us directly, we act as a controller of the personal information you provide.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, password.
- Billing Information: billing contact, billing address, payment card details (processed by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
- Communications: information you provide when contacting support, requesting demos, completing forms, or responding to surveys.
- Customer Data: any data you input, upload, or transmit through the Service (handled as described in Section 1).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, session duration, click activity, referring URLs, and similar engagement metrics.
- Device and Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, time zone, language settings, and access timestamps.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: see Section 6.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: if you sign in via a third-party identity provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic profile information you authorize.
- Integrations: if you connect Teampace to third-party services (e.g., email, calendar, file storage), we receive information from those services as you direct.
- Service Providers and Public Sources: including analytics providers, business-data enrichment providers, and publicly available sources.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support;
- process payments and send transactional communications (e.g., invoices, security alerts, account notices);
- send marketing communications about Teampace and Ceexo (you may opt out at any time);
- monitor and analyze usage, performance, and trends to develop new features;
- detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other unlawful activity;
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process; and
- enforce our agreements and protect the rights, property, or safety of Ceexo, our Customers, or others.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose personal information only as follows:
- Service Providers / Subprocessors. Vendors who perform services on our behalf — including cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support tooling, email delivery, and security — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Our Customers. Where you are an end-user of a Customer's Teampace workspace, your information may be visible to that Customer and its authorized users.
- Affiliates. Entities under common ownership or control with Ceexo.
- Legal and Safety. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to respond to lawful requests by public authorities; or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring party.
- With Your Consent. Any other disclosure with your direction or consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Data is retained according to the terms of the applicable Customer agreement and is deleted or returned in accordance with that agreement. Specific retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, authenticate users, analyze usage, and support marketing. Categories include:
- Strictly Necessary — required for the Service to function.
